IOB LBO Recruitment 2026 Overview

IOB notification के अनुसार LBO पद के लिए candidate के पास Government-recognized university से किसी भी discipline में Graduation degree होनी चाहिए। Registration के समय graduation की valid marksheet/degree certificate उपलब्ध होना जरूरी है।

Age Limit

01 August 2026 को candidate की minimum age 20 years और maximum age 30 years होनी चाहिए। सामान्य/EWS candidates के लिए birth date 02 August 1996 से 01 August 2006 के बीच होनी चाहिए। Reserved categories को Government rules के अनुसार age relaxation मिलेगा।

Category-wise Vacancy Details

IOB ने Local Bank Officer के कुल 250 vacancies चार राज्यों में निर्धारित की हैं। State-wise merit और category-wise merit के आधार पर selection किया जाएगा।

Local Language का नियम

इस recruitment में local language proficiency बहुत important है। Candidate को applied State की language में reading, writing और speaking की proficiency होनी चाहिए।

अगर candidate ने 10th या 12th में संबंधित local language पढ़ी है और उसका प्रमाण certificate/marksheet में उपलब्ध है, तो उसे अलग से Language Proficiency Test नहीं देना होगा। अन्य shortlisted candidates को LPT qualify करना होगा।

Salary / Pay Scale

IOB Local Bank Officer को JMGS-I / Scale-I Officer के रूप में नियुक्त किया जाएगा। Official notification में Assistant Manager (Scale-I) के लिए basic pay scale इस प्रकार दिया गया है:

₹48,480 – ₹2,000/7 – ₹62,480 – ₹2,340/2 – ₹67,160 – ₹2,680/7 – ₹85,920

इसके अलावा DA, HRA, CCA आदि allowances bank के लागू नियमों के अनुसार मिलेंगे।

Selected candidates की probation period 2 years (active service) होगी। इसके अतिरिक्त appointment के समय candidate को ₹2 lakh financial service indemnity bond execute करना होगा और minimum 3 years service का commitment रहेगा।

Selection Process

Indian Overseas Bank LBO Recruitment 2026 में selection कई stages के माध्यम से किया जाएगा:

Selection Stages

Online Examination → Language Proficiency Test (जहाँ लागू हो) → Personal Interview → Final Merit List

Online Examination

Exam में कुल 140 objective questions होंगे और maximum marks 200 होंगे। Wrong answer पर संबंधित question के marks का 1/4 यानी 0.25 negative marking लागू होगी।

Online examination में reserved candidates के लिए minimum aggregate qualifying marks 30% और unreserved candidates के लिए 35% हैं।

Personal Interview

Personal Interview कुल 100 marks का होगा।

• Reserved candidates: minimum 45%
• Unreserved candidates: minimum 50%

Final selection में Online Examination और Personal Interview का weightage 80:20 रखा गया है। Final merit State-wise और category-wise तैयार की जाएगी।

Important Dates

Official notification के अनुसार online registration और fee payment दोनों 08 August 2026 से 24 August 2026 तक किए जा सकते हैं।

Application Fee

Fee में applicable GST शामिल है। Payment online mode से Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, BHIM/UPI आदि के माध्यम से किया जा सकता है। एक बार जमा की गई application fee refundable नहीं है।
